Strategy

  • Chris is a Senior Infrastructure Architect with 18 years experience in the IT industry, the last 8 years in architecture roles with various enterprise companies. During this time he has worked across multiple business sectors from Mining, Government and Banking, which has provided him with a wealth of experience in technical solution delivery, architectural practices and project management.

    His primary infrastructure background is with both Microsoft technologies as well as VMware and Citrix virtualisation solutions, covering security, storage, networking and the underlying hardware.  Chris has solid and proven experience with designing, deploying and maintaining quality and strategic solution.

    As a Solution and Enterprise architect Chris has working experience utilising methodologies and tools like, ITIL, TOGAF, Archimate and ARIS.

    Solutions delivered by him include but are not limited to:

At a fundamental level an organisation's ICT infrastructure is expected to meet the computing needs and expectations of the business. This is especially true in the provision of infrastructure for hosting applications that are relied upon for the daily operation of the business. Many applications are designed with unique requirements. For example a heavily transactional application can place the underlying network, server and storage infrastructure under considerable load during periods of increased activity.
